User name (a.k.a. login name / account name, etc...)
The user name you chose when you signed up with us. This makes your email address "yourusername@icc-al.org"

Password:
Unless you have gone in and manually changed it, it's the same as it was when you originally signed up with us. Remember that your password is case-sensitive. If you wanted your password to be "G5hh&Z," you must remember to capitalize the G and the Z when you tell your email program what the password is. Also, if your handwriting is all caps, remember we will take you literally! Your password is all caps if you wrote it like that!
